🧑‍🦯 Low-cost assistive device for blind people

• (Status: 🏗️ Old project, in the middle of recovering it)
• Way back in 2019, I figured out that the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B could handle a quantized depth estimation model that accepted images as input.
• That meant it was worth exploring if it was possible to build an assistive device using relatively low cost parts (a webcam, a Raspberry Pi and some earphones) instead of the usual LiDAR sensors that already cost more than all the previously mentioned parts
